The Super Minecraft Update

Make an update to the game with these features:

-Add craftable command block.

-Add command block to creative tabs.

-Make it so that you can hold the command block with shift-left click.Make a bar where you have limited time to hold it.

-Add summonable wither storm.Use the same model used for the Engender Wither storm.

-Make it so that Survival players can interact with Command Blocks.

command blocks would be extremely overpowered. Unless you're making it of hundreds of wither stars, millions of enchanted golden apples and 1,000 of every block in the game, there's no way this would be a good addition to the game. I like your thought process, but you could literally go into creative mode on a hardcore world with this. That would add so much unbalance to the game.
