Make rivers cutting through mountains into a cave

If a river is cutting through a hill or mountain, it should form a cave over it and it should make a tunnel or a river cave from one side to the other. Another reason for this to be added is because many people think it is annoying going down the middle of a hill and then going back up again on a steep incline.
