Add something that allows you to transfer enchantments

Add something into Minecraft that allows you to transfer enchantments from one item to another

example: Transfer sharpness ll from an iron sword to a diamond sword

example: Transfer protection 3 from iron chestplate to diamond chestplate

DO NOT INCLUDE DIAMOND --> TO NETHERITE

    At the very least there needs to be some new level of enchanting mechanic that isn't random, perhaps a new enchanting table unlocked by some sort of new material at the end. Even enchanting this way costs more XP and Lapis, it seems logical a skilled enchanter could choose what enchantments go onto their equipment and some unskill low random enchanting. If the book shelf storage idea comes into play where the shelves influence enchanting level, then also they could be the "repository" of enchants the player knows and can choose from. making the original crafting table still important even with a late game tool like this, unless the person has unlocked every since enchant, which would take a lot of grinding and treasure hunting.
