Brightness mildly increases in complete darkness after long time

After being in complete or near-complete darkness, your eyes will eventually "adjust" to see better, similar to increased visibility after being underwater for prolonged periods of time. The effect would be very mild and would disappear after being exposed to a greater light level. Perhaps if there is an implementation of cave fog, the fog would become more translucent after awhile.

  That's cool, though if in complete darkness your vision should not improve much at all due to there being no light however dim environments this could be implemented for and also added a short temp vision debuff when suddenly re-entering bright light
