Snow blocks instead of grass

In snow biomes, the first layer of grass could spawn as snow blocks instead, because the mixture of snow and dirt looks kind of ugly in snow biomes.

    But realistically, the ground in a snowy/icy place wouldn't just be deep, deep layers of snow - there would have to be some type of land underneath that snow.
