Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

    Solid idea. Perhaps for all except Blackstone, because I kind of feel like it's meant to be harder to get? I'm not sure, like the idea either way. Maybe even more special ways could work, like how Basalt is generated from flowing Lava that is above Soul Soil and next to Blue Ice.

    Variant stone generators sound very Minecraft, I like it! especially with the new blocks that would make excellent build textures that can be hard to fine. I actually like calcite and tuff but it's a bit difficult to use them for big builds in survival.

    I really agree that other stone variants (especially deepslate) should have their own renewable generation methods. A more simple way to do this could be making any cobblestone generated directly above a stone variant generate that variant instead.
