Rivers should spawn in mountains

With rivers spawning in mountains this makes the world feel more alive when exploring. Doing this will allow the world to naturally generate nice looking waterfalls that don’t just spew water out at the bottom making it look ugly. Doing this it will also allow the player to clime mountains in a different way.

    This is an amazing idea! With time, I’m sure this will get plenty of votes. The rivers could flow through the middle of mountains, carving a tunnel mirroring real life erosion, or on the mountain with lush wildlife surrounding it.

    Good idea i sorport it maybe even ading waterfalls in mountains

    To make this work, recess the water with steep banks around the edge of the river so the water mechanics don’t create out of control flows covering half the mountain.
