Old cave generation available to choose when starting a new world

I think having the old cave generation as  an option when making a new world would be a good addition. This will allow many to see what the old cave generation used to look like or even start a new survival world! I believe that caves are something that make Minecraft. So just having an option to switch the cave and cliff generation would be awesome!
