Sky people, airships, mountain havens/forts

a new type of enemy and natural structure that roam the sky's of minecraft in airships, and has forts/skyhavens on the now empty mountains.

based this idea on a mod i played a long time ago with added "sky pirates'' and thus airships.

my idea is that airships are craftable by players, preferably with some rare items only obtainable from "sky people"

Thus sending you to the dangerous "fort/haven" and adding a new challenge with great rewards.

rough idea of a recipe for a airship could be a " AirBalloon", "SkySails", "Propeller", Boat, Leads, and a "Engine" (crafted with Pistons, blastfurnace?, ironblocks, copper?)
