Add combat test features to Minecraft Java and Minecraft Bedrock

Minecraft combat test features to Minecraft java and bedrock could be a great idea as combat test is a awesome snapshot of Minecraft java. Its snapshot version has been launched for 1.16 but its feature has never been implemented. So the features included in combat test can be added in Minecraft in caves and cliffs update. This version features can be major update to gameplay too. Features such as stacking of potion (not splash and lingering potions) upto 16 and stacking of snowball upto 64 can save our inventory. Also, cleaving is also a better enchantment for axe and the attack damage of items is also perfect. In bedrock edition, features from combat update (1.9 java update) can also be included.

  The combat snapshots still aren't finished yet. There's still plans for more(although the last one was from 2020 and Jeb said that it'd be a while) and the combat isn't finalized. We'll probably get another snapshot once 1.18 is finished or around when 1.19 is announced, then once the community is satisfied the combat will *eventually* be added into the main game. I do wish we get one soon though.
