Enderman Anti-cheese

In the current version of the game, a 3-block high structure turns the fearsome Enderman into a pushover. I think the Enderman should be able to pick up the block you're hiding under if you're trying to cheat the encounter. 

While some might argue that such a change would make the Enderman too strong, I disagree. Since the player is always the one who first engages the Enderman, I feel extra difficulty would be well placed here.

    I like the idea, make it so they dont just pick apart your house unless u made them mad

    Endermen should have AI that allows them to move blocks to get to you, so long as the blocks are in the "endermen_holdable" tag.

    They should have longer attack reach, because of their long arms. However, I always hate it when mobs can do that (the Hoglins have rediculous amounts of range) so they should maybe have some kind of specific attack they do when they can't reach you.

    Perhaps they could even spawn endermites to get you? Usually they attack endermites but... *shrug*

    It should still be possible to cheese them with water though, since there's no way they could get you other than maybe building a bridge of dirt or something (but that seems a little farfetched).
