The updated texture as a resource pack in older versions

Hello Mojang Studios, I have an idea that can be excellent if you are playing older versions of Minecraft. And my idea is the new textures as a resource pack for older versions.
I want to have the new textures of Minecraft in older versions as a resource pack, I love the new textures and just want them in older versions. Just like the "Programmer Art" resource pack, but reversed.
The reason some players play in older versions of Minecraft is to play on a server, and I know some people made resource packs about the new textures, but every one of these is missing something or something got changed.
