If you put a Redstone Block next to the sculk sensor or a repeater facing into it, the sculk sensor should have it's 40 tick cooldown decreased to around 1 tick, to allow you to specifically detect a certain action without others taking up the cooldown time! (e.g trying to detect a Chest opening without the sculk sensor being interrupted by the player's footsteps)
Sounds made by the sensor should still probably behave like it still has the delay, just to avoid the noise being spammed.
