i think that dungeon and stronghold should combine. Both of this structures should revamp. i think that they should generate with many floors with the most upper floor generate in caves as fortress with library. caves also should generate city ruins with gold coins

structures such as temples need to expand bigger. they should have more better look and contain many floors and traps.

I feel as if the borders of the biomes are a little too smooth. It basically makes the biomes look circular. It would be nice to have some sort of gradual transition between bordering biomes.

Running Bedrock experimental toggle.  Seed -460838015

Coordinates -280, 50, -210, there's a complete fossil floating free in an aquifer.  This seems odd.  Slightly cool.  But odd.  (At least partially embedded in the wall seems more plausible.)

Directly above this the aquifer has carved out a large diagonal, leaving a lot of suspended sand.  I know this happens with some generation in the existing game, but it seems excessive here.  Should some walls/ceilings be converted to sandstone?

When aquifers intersect the surface vertically, the terrain frequently requires building/digging to leave the water.  (Most existing water has some slope to be able to exit relatively easily.)   Mostly it's just obnoxious; but it could be dangerous for a player in their first day or two.   There might should be a little more curve to the edges to represent natural erosion into the cave.

I love the new mountain generation, but I think it'd be really cool if some or all mountains had smaller, more pronounced peaks, rather than the flat-ish areas that make up the snowcapped and lofty peaks right now. I think it would add to the accomplishment of climbing to the top of one, and make them look more like real-world mountains.

    Bad terrain generation location
    seed: -1558285528985464253
    location: 120/60/430

River, desert, warm ocean, eroded badlands all seem to be trying to generate in the same location causing floating blocks on top of the water surface.

also on this seed you spawn in the ocean. Dont know if that is wanted or not.

Bonjour, l'end ,généré avec votre Snapshot expérimental, ne comporte pas les piliers censé régénérer la vie de l'ender dragon, je pense que c'est une erreur de génération.

Spawners using cobbled deepslate instead of cobble stone when below a certain Y level were deepslate is found would make it fit in better.

The underwater lakes might look better if there was more than a 1 block thin wall and floor to it.

I saw a Jungle temple generate above the ground, in a forest biome for 2 times now, so i don't really know what's happening... But, that being said, I like how Badlands are more common and I like the overall new generation!

I feel like naturally spawning iron ore is way too uncommon, i've done plenty of caving and mining at iron level and i am struggling to even get a full stack of iron at a time. Also it was kinda hard for me to find any smaller caves in the early game when i didn't want to venture into the massive 1.18 ones because of all the mobs. so maybe make larger caves less common and pre 1.18 caves a bit more common. Also it feels like every cave I stumble upon is a water cave and it would be pretty cool if I had a aqua affinity and an underwater breathing potion but early game it is hard to find a suitable place to mine and get iron and coal in the beginning. it doesnt really matter if my cave suggestions don't make it in but I mainly just need more iron

I thin that the Iron Ore distribution has to be tweaked and increased greatly. I have foun almost 3 stacks of diamonds while aimlesly caving, buit baely a stack of iron. And when mning in Y= 15 I have only found veins with 4 iron ore max, when before you could find up to 9 ores per vein

Running Bedrock 1.17.10 with Caves and Cliffs enabled, seed 1877280307. Playing SSP:

In the Spawn Chunks podcast with Henrik, he talked about getting iron from the top of a mountain.  The spawn is near a mountain, so I decided to give it a try.

First I did a mostly complete tour of the bonus map (Zoom range 3/4.)  Picked up a variety of useful stuff but didn't see a single cave / ravine / underground access that wasn't flooded. So digging down or mountain tops were the only viable options for iron anyway.

Then I explored the top of the mountain.  Mountain tops were at 160-175, and I looked at all accessible surfaces, plus did a fair bit of mining into the taller points.  Only found 21 iron (vs. 8 stacks of cobblestone mined with stone pickaxes.)    Some iron might have been obscured by all the snow.  I don't feel iron mining with this height mountain is viable in this beta.

Also, ended up with a ton of coal and cobblestone but no other building blocks. This will make for a pretty boring starter house.  Would it make sense to adjust frequency of some of the other blocks based on distance below the surface rather than absolute Y level?  (i.e. 10 blocks below mountain surface is andesite / granite / etc.)  Maybe iron, etc. too.  Tunneling into the mountain would then be useful.

Also, there's almost no water, despite nearby snow.   Building a crop farm is going to require a long hike with a bucket.  How about some mountain streams?  (Preferably a line of water sources with fish!)

It Is Amazing But For Some Reason Turned The Nether Into A Cave Like Dimension I Dont Know If This Is A Bug Or Not.

I kept finding huge flat lands that were made from hilly biomes

The placement of iron should be changed. The rarity of iron was fine in the Caves & Cliffs datapack where the terrain was more flat. The placement of iron, however, does not work for the Experimental Snapshot where the terrain is higher and cave carvers are reduced. As a result, it's nearly impossible to find any iron whatsoever without finding a noise cave first, which can be quite a journey away.

To fix this, small patches of iron should generate up to level 80. Iron should also be more likely to generate in mountains. Lastly, I don't really see the point of iron generating before level 0, as giant iron veins can already spawn there.

I don't know if this was just my server or as a whole but whenever I went to the nether in the second snapshot, there was no flatlands whatsoever. Everything was super super tall and never even touched the ground. The entire floor was just lava. Every biome had toothpick structures and was super hard to get to. Where I spawned I was in the middle of a giant lava pool and every biome that was around never touched the ground. There were no flat surfaces to really explore and survive the nether basically. The caves were a 10/10 for me, I loved them they were great. Never really saw any high mountain areas in the overworld. Overall I love the update, I don't know if everything that spawned was just that specific server or if it happens in everyone else's worlds as well. I hope this is nice feedback!

minecraft is my favorite game since playing it.
but, in this update, however, perhaps there is an excessive change: the classic mountains with flying blocks now no longer exist,
the legendary level 12 to find many diamonds: now to find many you have to go to levels below zero, I tried to explore a giant cave in survival: it is a very long undertaking that I could not finish.
a little bit everything has changed regarding the structure of minecraft, in my opinion, in a way too exaggerated ...
I think the update should be done in a slightly less exaggerated way
keeping a little more of the style that minecraft carries on from many versions.

The mountains are absolutely breath-taking and the new terrain generation around them is just stunning. Kuddos to the developers for creating this masterpiece. Maybe we could do with slightly increased chances of generation though? Also, I do wonder, if players want to casually explore the mountains, maybe there should be a simpler method to make either jumping higher or gliding a little easier? Pogo sticks, grappling hooks or hang-gliders, perhaps? Ender pearls are an option but these cannot easily be obtained in large quantities in peaceful, rabbits' feet are rare and elytra is difficult to acquire. It would also make more sense if azalea trees had unique bark rather than just reusing oak. The reduction of mega caves is a little sad. Exploring those in previous snapshots was just something else and their increased rarity somehow makes it feel like something is missing after having experienced them prior to April. And as for when mega caves intercepted the surface... that's a feature that's just too good to remove or reduce. It really adds to terrain variation and makes Minecraft so much more interesting and the underground much more inviting for exploration. Finally, probably a bit of a long shot, but maybe one day we might see glowing crystal caves even if they are extremely rare? Geodes are lovely in their own right, but many people, including myself, have always hoped crystal caves would one day be added. Good luck to the devs, and thank you for all their hard work!

i think that mojang need to overhaul most of the Minecraft structure by make it more larger, add more interesting features, and redesign the structure to make it fit in this update. especially the stronghold, it is too small and lack of fantastic. maybe mojang can make some parkour into this. while the duengeon can be expanded by adding more floors which each contain different loots. the duengeon can also have watchtowers which pillagers guard the entrance. the duengeon also should have a design looks like a prison which some cell randomly contain villagers or zombified variant.

Also put the stronghold only able to find in deep dark caves so it will become more challenging to find since warden is guarding your path..

i think that desert pyramid and jungle pyramid was too old and lack interesting. the desert pyramid should have more floors, it is more interesting if mojang add necromancer a illager in minecraft which is spawn in desert pyramid. the necromancer should have ability to summon husk. the desert pyramid should have a sphinx statue to let player find the pyramid easier. while the jungle pyramid need to overhaul by expand it. therefore mojang should add bridge in minecraft. the jungle pyramid also can have aztec statue on it. in the basement of jungle pyramid mojang can add a lost city which the floor is made by gold block and it contain gold coins and city ruins. while mojang can also add atlantians in minecraft ocean and also atlantian city.

can mojang add horse wagon in minecraft? which more player can travel in the same time. therefore mojang should add horse collar which player can increase or decrease the horse speed and shade which used to block the sunlight.
