Need Large Biomes 1.18

The snapshot does not include large biomes which makes me wonder if it will be in the 1.18 release. Regular biomes are much too small; I don't like being on top of a mountain and looking at 6 different biomes at once which is not very realistic nor is walking in a biome for 35 seconds only to have reached a different biome. The large biomes in the Java version was a good size, and it would be devastating if it was not in 1.18.

    we desperately need large biomes, it gives the world a much more real feel, i don't want to find 4 biomes walking the equivalent of a city block, i want a biome to be a few km. i only play large biomes, even my server is large biomes.

    Every single world on my pc and my server is large biome, with the exception of the redstone testing world.  Please don't remove this option.  We were looking forward to the new epic mountains being even more epic in large biomes.

    The breathtaking realism of large biomes, to me, is one of the most important things in the game. Aside from sometimes using default worlds when playing with my sister (who hates large biomes), I always use the world type. I dread what would become of my hardcore world if I updated it to 1.18 without some semblance of the setting.

    I completely agree. I hate when jungles resemble treelawns, and I'm worried about this in 1.18. It would be hard for me to make a large biome-themed build if the edge of the biome is always brushing against the thing...
