New gamerule to set the light levels for hostile mob spawning

    Love it. It would allow the players to dictate how mobs should spawn. Players who want a challenge could make it so the light level is 13 for mobs to spawn, while veterans could keep it to how it is now (light level 7) some people who want a slight challenge could make it 3 and those who just want them in complete darkness 0. This gives map makers also huge possibilities!
