After seeing the new experimental snapshot, I thought it'd be cool to have Dover-esque cliffs in minecraft. Since calcite's currently kind of rare, it would be great to have larger supplies of it somewhere. These biomes would be incredibly rare and only generate if very tall terrain (100+ blocks) bordered an ocean biome. They would be sheer cliffs of calcite, perhaps sometimes spawning with dripstone rocks at the bottom. Perhaps some sort of dangerous bird could live on the sides, where it's very hard to access, or maybe goats or something. Close to these biomes, there could also be a higher chance of shipwrecks generating. I think it could be a really epic addition to the game and provide something for players to seek out, even in the late game.
