Idea for new NETHER biome

Since the caves and cliffs has lowered bedrock to y level -64 , make a nether biome called tartarus (inspired by Greek mythology) , a biome which can only be found somewhere under y level -1... I think it's a great idea either for 1.18 or 1.19 (proberbly 1.19) I know it's gotta take a while... 

Since I said new biome, why not have new blocks, like deep netherrack, deep nether gold and ancient debris can be a LITTLE easier to find in above 2 vanes to 5 vanes

Make it DANGEROUS and ADVENTUROUS,  since that's what minecraft is all about

Also make coal be able there, since it's the nether

Give your ideas in the comments,  and please update and follow this feedback for Minecraft/Mojang to see and add this to the game.

    They could use the original idea for Netherrack: Bloodstone (the Deepslate equivalent to Netherrack, obviously). It could be similar in texture to Netherrack, but with more the coloration of Nether Bricks or something.

    Honestly, coal does seem like the kind of thing you'd find in the Nether, especially since the Nether is no longer completely devoid of life.

    Another name could be "The Abyss" or something edgy like that. In this biome area whatever-you-wanna-call-it they could have a new Nether variant of Dripstone that actually drips water (it would help explain how Piglins get water). BUT the only way to really get water would be a cauldron.

    Wither Skeletons could spawn regularly down there (and maybe Wraiths like the ones in Minecraft Dungeons?).
