Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

    I disagree. Diamonds have many uses, such as jukeboxes, decoration, enchanting tables, and they can power beacons. Plus, tools break, anyway. While the dragon, true, doesn't really have a use other than as a trophy, that's its whole point! It's meant for nothing else.

    Diamond is literally the most important item in the game. Without it you cannot craft the strongest gear (even Netherite Armor is made using Diamond Armor). Diamond is important because although it's not quite as rare in the late game, it's still rarer than most other things... plus, tools and armor can break. They need to be able to replace them if they do.

    And theirs only ONE Dragon Egg in the entire game. You can only get it the first time beating the Ender Dragon. Being a trophy is it's purpose... especially since it would suck even more if it had an actual use and you ended up losing it.

    (Although... I don't think Beacons should be able to use iron or gold to power it up. And it should have a time limit for how long it lasts before you need to recharge it again... iron and gold should still be usable for the pyramid though).

    By that logic Netherite has no utility. Almost everything has no utility.
