It has been confirmed that Wardens follow the same rules as Sculk Sensors. The Sculk does not hear, it senses significant movements (aka: vibrations). Stealth seriously isn't that hard and you didn't even try it in Minecraft yet, plus there are a lot of strategies we don't yet know about, so it's too early to fuss about it. It's gonna be fun for at least 80% of people, trust me. If you really don't like stealth, then just avoid the Deep Dark as a whole; it's not the place for you (1000 IQ move right there). Not every gameplay aspect needs to be enjoyed by/fit the playstyle of every player in the world. If you don't like combat, you wouldn't go to the End would you? How many players don't like combat? Very few indeed. Similarly if you don't like mining, you just don't mine. You would miss out on things like Copper, Amethyst, Glow Lichen, Raw Ores, and a ton more, so wouldn't you want to do it anyway for the rewards? Don't ruin the gameplay experience for others who want to stealth and get that first night effect revived for them, but will just normally go for the easier options that kill all of the fear and impact the Deep Dark is meant to have, all just because you don't personally like stealth.

This could be somewhat OP, unless the warden could like break the jukebox and disc, serving as a costly one use distraction.

I agree, and in response to this: https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/4404784836877/comments/4404844771085 , sound is a vibration.

Give this more traction. I understand this would be a OP solution to the situation however there are several arguments for adding this. For starters, music is a vibration which sculk should be able to sense because of it. A jukebox is just a speaker & speakers produce vibrations.

Secondly, it's fairly expensive when you think about it, you require at least a diamond in addition to a disc which requires finding loot or getting a skeleton to kill a creeper

As someone else mentioned, if people are really fussed about it being too OP, let the warden break the jukebox - it would be dumb considering the resources but it's a good way to tackle the Deep Dark, Mojang want you to find smart way around it since you're not meant to fight it & it is just that, a smart solution.

Lets be real, the Deep Dark & Warden aren't exactly that much of a challenge anyway and this at least provides a cool & unique way to counter it.

He is some debuffs for it if you're worried too:

    - It activates all sculk sensors around constantly which can result in multiple Wardens spawning

    - It reaches sculk further because it echoes in a cave & is generally louder

    - Once the track finishes those Wardens are gonna be hunting you

    - & if you must, they can break it if they can reach it.
