The ability to customise the shape/size/animations of the elytra

Allows the community to create custom wing shapes and animation using resource packs. Means that creatures would be able to make realistic bird/angels wings or butterfly wings.

    There is already a post about adding CustomModelData for armor, Elitra is actually armor, there are 200+ votes so vote better for it
