Higher Enchanting Table level max

The Enchanting Tables should be able to go higher than 30 levels. Of course a level 60 enchant would cost you 6 levels and 6 lapis, but imagine how good your tools could be after one big spend like that? You can only really get that kind of XP from killing the Ender Dragon and if you're willing to do all that for a shiny new sword, I think you deserve it. Alternatively you could use Glowstone blocks to upgrade the Enchanting Table, just like how glowstone dust improves potions. Just hope your cow, sugarcane and wood farms can handle all the bookshelves.

    rather than add more bookshelves, why not just an upgraded enchantment table? it would be the same as the ordinary unless you have all 16 bookshelves, in which case  you can spend more xp.
