Mountain wind or Oroshi

It is a wind with a new climate that rarely occurs in new mountains.
This climate has the purpose of giving the player a freezing effect, and even the strongest winds strike to blow the player away.
Very windy and coldest in the mountains, at risk of death.
So, if you do this, you will be able to experience more realistic mountain climbing.

  I love the idea of a whipping wind effect on the mountains, or a particle of blowing snow or something, especially since the current mountains feel a little static and lifeless higher up.

  However, I don't think it should be able to blow the player around. It would be an unpredictable disaster the player doesn't have a good way to avoid, which the devs have said is against their design principles.
