Make Tuff mining speed the same as Deepslate

Tuff spawns with deepslate near y-0 but it is mined as fast as stone is. Tuff should be changed to have the same deepslate mining time because it would be more logical and because granite diorite and andesite take as long as stone to mine, therefore tuff and deepslate should also have the same mining time.

    Great suggestion, but you should change the title, it's kind of misleading.

    Change it to something like "Make Tuff Mining Speed the Same as Deepslate"
