Let golden dandelions keep sniffer eggs from hatching

There's currently no way to use the sniffer egg as a decorative block. With the recent inclusion of the golden dandelion it would make sense to allow for golden dandelions to be used so that sniffer eggs don't hatch

    I was about to post this myself! Players have wanted a way to keep sniffer eggs from hatching for ages! We could extend this idea to turtle eggs on sand.
