Genera Douglas MacArthur

I have been wanting a general Douglas MacArthur skin in minecraft for some time now. But because I am on PlayStation I have been unable to download skins a the customizability in the marketplace is not broad enough. Can you either make online skins accessible or make skins more custom please.
