New Ice Dimension (Frozen Nether)

It would be good if a dimension is added that is right opposite of Nether. This dimension can be full of ice with new Ice related blocks and bosses; may be a new Netherite equivalent block found only here. Borealite might be a good name for that block. A portal of blue ice and powdered snow will be good. Add a few biomes to the dimension, too. Players can take freezing damage in this dimension during some very cold calamities or while going into extremely cold places. Slush can be there instead of lava which gives freezing damage.
