Keep features up to date.

After the 4 game drops, I have seen not up to date feature for things before the drops. Trial Chambers should have Waxed Copper Chains, not iron chains and where is the parched Trial. Certain chests should contain copper ingots and ruined portals should contain the gold spear (enchanted) and Nautilus armor. Perhaps also the snowy fox can spawn with cold egg instead of regular egg.
