Ice Biome Update

The addition of an ice variant zombie, equivalent to the Stray. Each attack inflicts a slowing effect. Also, new mobs like the Iceologer, which can spawn in Igloos with its new item, the Ice Wand. The addition of animals like Reindeer could also be included in the update, making them the second neutral species after polar bears. However, Reindeer prefer to be kept and ridden by players if they have been tamed with food.
