New Minecraft Update Suggestion: Sushi and Rice Farming

Feature Ideas:

Rice Crops and Paddy Fields:

Introduce rice as a new crop that requires flooded fields to grow.

Players can create paddy fields by flooding a layer of land, managing water levels, and planting rice seeds.

Rice plants go through several growth stages before they're ready to harvest.

Rice Cooker:

A new crafting item that allows players to cook raw rice into edible rice.

Similar mechanics to the furnace for smelting ores.

Sushi Crafting:

Various sushi recipes, including Nigiri, Maki, Sashimi, Temaki, Inari, Chirashi, Futomaki, Uramaki, Onigiri, and Vegetarian Sushi.

Players can combine cooked rice with fish, vegetables, and seaweed to create different types of sushi.

Sticky Rice:

A variant of rice used specifically for crafting sushi, adding an extra layer of crafting complexity.

Why It Would Be Fun:

Adds a unique and culturally rich food option to the game.

Introduces new farming and crafting mechanics.

Encourages creativity and role-playing with sushi bars and restaurants.

Provides a variety of new food items with different visual designs and effects.

    I think the rice crop should offer high healing (restore 8 hunger points, the same as beef) and offer players a more ethical way to get lots of well-healing food without having to kill cows. Also, I think rice should only be farmed in jungle and jungle-adjacent biomes. Try to farm them in deserts, and the rice will shrivel up and die.
