I propose significantly increasing the maximum world height limit to allow for the generation of massive mountain ranges. New mountain biomes should feature high, steep, and rugged peaks, where reaching the top provides the player with a genuine sense of accomplishment and utilizes the entire expanded vertical space. The generation of Plains biomes should remain flat (as they are now), but the transitions between these flat areas and the new, towering mountains must be smoother and more realistic to avoid harsh, unnatural edges. These changes will make the Minecraft world feel vastly more massive, natural, and dramatically enhance the exploration element.
