new ranged enchant

Title: New Enchantment – Velocity (Bow/Crossbow)
Proposal:
I’d like to suggest a new bow/crossbow enchantment called Velocity.
Details:
•     Max Level: IV
•     Effect per level: Each level increases arrow speed by +25% of base velocity.
•     Velocity I → +25% faster arrows
•     Velocity II → +50% faster arrows
•     Velocity III → +75% faster arrows
•     Velocity IV → +100% faster arrows (double speed)
•     Impact: Faster arrows = flatter trajectory, less drop, quicker hits.
•     Synergy:
•     With Power, arrows hit harder and faster.
•     With Punch, arrows yeet mobs instantly while feeling like bullets.
•     With Flame, arrows become true “sniper fire.”
Balance Notes:
•     Velocity should be a treasure enchantment (only found in loot chests, rare villager trades, or fishing) so it doesn’t break normal progression.
•     Could be mutually exclusive with Flame or Infinity if Mojang wants to balance it further.
•     Makes bows more competitive in PvP and adds new tactical depth in PvE (great against fast mobs like phantoms, blazes, or vexes).
Why It’s Needed:
This enchantment would give bows a unique role as true sniper weapons, rewarding precision and timing. It adds variety to combat and opens up new gameplay styles without replacing existing enchantments.

    The velocity enchantment should probably reduce the damage of the arrow in bows since arrows thrown by bows deal more damage based on speed and this would be absurdly op. Also 25% is too much, maybe 12-16% is enough
