Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Thin ice patches on frozen lakes that slowly breaks when standing on it.

There should be some patches of ice on frozen lakes that is weak and breaks under you if you stand on it for too long. Normal ice would also exist, there would just be little patches of the weak ice.

    NOOO IMAGINE WINTER BUILDS NOOO i do not mean this in a mean or bullying way, but I dont like the thought because minecraft is about creativity it can be realistic, but make it too realistic and itll limit us alot, and it would be a lot less fun :(

    Normal ice would still exist. If this ice broke then normal ice would generate and you could make your builds normally just like how you can build above powder snow. The only problem I actually see with this is how would you get more after it breaks? There should be some way of getting more and some way of distinguish it from normal ice while still being really similar.

    maybe that could be done with frost walker boots so that it doesnt break???

    the thin ice could also be in the form of a slab and normal ice a full block...
