Bring back the old version numbering

Mojang, to put it simply, nobody asked for a new version numbering system, and nobody wants it either. You dont need to fix something thats already fine. When you were talking about bedrock and java versions being offsync, heres an idea : just add another version to it. Instead of it just going up like 1.21.53 or getting offsync with java, add another one to it "1.21.5.1" This isnt bad, because we still have the old system with it. The new system is bad because its completely new and its utterly useless to change it. Please stop fixing stuff that you dont need too.

    I completely agree with you!
    The 1.x.x versioning has been a core part of Minecraft’s identity for years. Changing it now feels unnecessary and confusing.
    Adding an extra digit like "1.21.5.1" is a much better idea than jumping to something like "26.1" out of nowhere.
    Please Mojang, don’t fix what isn’t broken.
    Keep the versioning simple and familiar!
