Continent - New World Gen Type

Bring back the continent-style generation seen before 1.7.2 in the form of a new world type.

    This would be great. Many people online miss the ability to have a world based on one continent with ocean surrounding it, this setting would allow people to have continent based worlds again without hours of searching. This would be perfect for servers and multiplayer and would be adding another layer of world customization.
