Allow food and torches in the off-hand slot in Bedrock Edition

In Minecraft Bedrock Edition, the off-hand slot currently only supports shields, maps, totems, and a few other items. It would be very useful if we could also place food and torches in the off-hand slot. This way, players can use their shield or map while still having quick access to food or torches in combat or exploration.

    Allow anything like Java and a new button to use them when in offhand

    We also need fireworks in the off-hand. I redesigned the controls for Bedrock to be more efficient and include a separate off-hand button.
