It's not a biome, nor it's a dimension. It's actually another... planet, so it doesn't fit the concept of dimension, I believe. Though I could maybe access it trhough a portal for sure.
1. What’s the area look like? -It looks like the moon in real life, empty, with holes, small mountains. But, of course, it might be a good idea to add fantasy things. But not too much.
2.Why do I want to go there? -Because it's fun, because you're curious, you're an adventurer, you want to achieve game's achievements, and to gather useful material.
3.What makes my biome/dimension different than every single biome I can see in Minecraft? -The gravity is different and the air is not breathable. Or.. is it? It's not up to me to decide this. You can see the space, stars, sun and the minecraft world from up there. Also, it's the first different reachable planet added.
