Add vertical rails

We need that because that so boring it's only horizontal and make roller coasters

    There should be a mechanic where regular rails can be placed vertical, where when they connect vertically, they connect diagonally, then up. Powered rails should do thos too, this is so that it is easier to navigate terrain, and let's players be creative. When going on vertical rails, you should loose more momentum then going up hills, meaning you would have to place more powered rails to get up. This would be a really nice idea!
