how Mojang could make Phantoms & lapis better

Perhaps Phantoms could be tamed with Lapis Lazuli & be used to carry your pets with you as you travel with elytra. Now you might be wondering, "Won't the phantom burn in daylight" Yes it would so that's why you could also use lapis to make phantom armor. I would also like if they added phantom biome variants like  a white one in icy biomes and a green one in swamp/marshy biomes.

    I would suggest to make phantom armor with amethyst since it's lighter and it's used to make tinted glass which doesn't let light through. Also even with this we need more lapis uses, but having uses related to the phantom would be cool. Maybe building blocks too?
