Cactus really shouldn't destroy netherrite tools

Accidentally threw my netherrite axe into cactus, which made it despawn. While funny, this stuff can survive floating in lava, I'm pretty sure cactus shouldn't be it's match. This happened in Java 1.21.10.

    I think that the cactus and explosions shouldn't destroy netherite. Actually the cactus shoudn't destroy most of the tools, weapons and armor, it's just annoying and doesn't make sense-
