Fireworks should disable elytra wings

Fireworks, either launched from crossbows or shot from dispensers, should disable elytra wings for 15-30 seconds, similar to how axes disable shields. This will make the crossbow more viable in modern pvp and balance out the elytra.

oh yeah i would reaaaaaaaaaaaly love it for my friends to make me fall because they shot a firework at me and die in game, thats not going to make me insane in any wayy at all (sarcasm if not clear)
