lightning does to little damage

With any good armour, getting struck by lightning mildly tickles, getting struck by lightning randomly should definatly never kill somone, but it should at least do meaningfull damage, a simple chance to make lightning ingore armour would go a long way.

Channeling is a practicly useless enchant, for the longest time it was only ever used for transforming mobs, but with the lightning rod now existing, and being far far easier to obtain as well as far more convient to use, channeling has bassicly no purpose for any part of the game, increasing the damage dealt by the lightning or having it ignore armour would allow it to still see use as a decent weapon (on the rare ocaision it thunders...)

    I'd make lightning ignore part of the armor 20-60% or make it do more damage (close to 20 but not 20, maybe 18 or 16)
