Add a toggle for double tap to sprint.

There should really be a way to disable double tap to sprint for those of us who dislike it. It's especially frustrating when trying to build when using a controller, it's been a while since this has been suggested but it's been years and it would be such an incredibly simple addition that loads of people, especially on controller, would appreciate.

    Would be so easy to do as well and would improve quality of life to much it’s so annoying constantly sprinting a tiny bit and stopping again repeatedly
