Keep Singleplayer Free from Seasonal Events

Seasonal events like Halloween (more bats, zombies, and skeletons with pumpkins) or Christmas (chest textures) can be cool but they can feel disruptive in singleplayer it would be better if these events appeared only in multiplayer, so players in singleplayer can keep a stable experience.

    This is already the case in Bedrock, but not Java...
