The "Runecrafting Table" will replace the "Enchanting Table" and change the crafting recipe a bit and all of the Runecraft is being assemble here.
Meaning all of the rune-imbuing is done here, as well as the combination of the base-rune's into medium-rune's and advanced-rune's is done here.
Amor, weapons and tools can also be imbued with rune's, works just like enchanting now, needing the "Runecrafting Table", lapis and une's.
Crystal's are the natural medium, for enchanting rune's into, but can only be imbued one rune per Crystal and are one time use, similar to potion.
Runebook's are a new tool made from books and Crystal's, that are capable of holding multiple rune's and also multiple "Runespells".
There are multiple tier's of Runebook's, just like with other tools. The higher the Tier the more "Runespells" and "Runespellslots" per "Runespell" they hold. The Rune's imbued into the same "Runespells" can be from different elements, to enhance one other or change the effects.
For example, the lowest tier Runebook can hold 2 "Runespells" with 2 "Runespellslots" each and the next tier, the Metal-Runebook can hold 4 of each, iron is best for durability, gold is best for efficiency and copper is best for the enhanced performance of the "Runespells".
The Dimond-Runebook holds 8 "Runespells" and 8 "Runespellslots" and the highest tier is the Netherite-Runebook, reaching 16 in total for each.
