Same issue, Bedrock edition, multi monitor setup. Mouse will not stay on the app, I've tried in both windowed and full screen mode. My second monitor is to the right, so when I move right and try to mine or right click the game will go to the menu, meanwhile the mouse is over in the corner of the second screen.

I'm having the same issue and it is very frustrating! I've tried uninstalling and restarting my PC... Is this a bug? I don't know what to do.

im assuming this is a bug. ive heard many people are having this same issue and nothing fixes it, its just something that goes away on its own. hopefully minecraft does something about this soon. my java is perfectly fine at the moment. its just bedrock as far as i know.

Bedrock edition is genuinely trash. It constantly has bugs like this and never works properly, whether there's an update that it doesn't let you install, or the fact that it kicks you from a world if you alt tab (they just recently fixed this after like 8 years). The only benefit to playing bedrock over java is the fact that it is cross platform. Microsoft ruins everything they touch and have never done anything right for the consumer. Sorry for ranting it is just really frustrating.

Experiencing the same issue. Game is unplayable at this point with mouse consistently moving out of the game to the task bar or secondary monitor even in Full Screen mode. Happens with dual monitor or single monitor setup. Started happening after the last update

I am also having this issue. This is a particularly frustrating one because there doesn't seem to be any native workarounds. Going out of full screen mode and resizing the window may temporarily fix the issue but it seems to re-appear eventually.

While the following aren't as large of issues (seeing as this mouse issue makes the game unplayable,) it is also worth mentioning this entire update sucks:

    - The loading screen takes its sweet time 'signing in' the xbox live profile, only for the main loading screen to also take time 'signing in' the xbox live profile. What is the point of doing this twice? I feel like I'm at the TSA and my driver's licence is being checked over and over again, a feeling that gets in the way of playing a game I paid for.

    - The 'settings' and the 'marketplace' buttons getting swapped in the pause menu is a terrible idea obviously done to make people accidentally click the marketplace button when they're trying to modify the settings (particularly frustrating when I was trying to fix this mouse issue.)

    - I've seen people post about a memory leak issue as well, though I haven't noticed this on my machine yet.

It is crazy Microsoft hasn't fixed the mouse issue over the last 6 days.

Same issue.  I have 3 monitors and tried creating a separation in the windows settings, but that's only a workaround and it creates a lot of other problems.  The only sure fire way to fix it was to clone all my displays.  I may attempt to install within a VM

    Please fix this

Replying to my previous post (11/7 @ 9:30)  wanted to provide what I've found to be a "work around"

Put game in windowed mode, make it slightly smaller than your screen edges (make sure it doesn't touch the taskbar either) and then attempt to play.  So far The mouse has not left the edge of the screen or hit the taskbar.  But there's a 1/8" - 1/4" gap around the game screen and my monitor's edges to make this even work.

okay, my minecraft had an update and the mouse issue is fixed, not sure if it fixed itself or if this new update fixed it.

There was a hotfix patch that addressed the issue on Monday I think.
