Make us spawn in the Outer End Islands

I think the journey of the End dimension should be reversed.

Instead of starting on the central island and making our way out, we should start on the outer islands and need to make our way in.

This would introduce players to any new biomes and structures included in the Outer End Islands, giving them a reason to return if they see something they like.

It would also turn the End into it's own sort of experience, rather than just another dimension, a dimension with intention.

The Elytra could be used to cross the 1000 block gap between the Central Island and the Outer Islands, all we need is a way to craft Fireworks within the End (maybe Shulkers drop Gunpowder and add a cane plant that can make Paper).

Eyes of Ender could be thrown to direct you toward the Central Island, centred on X=0 Z=0. Just introduce a new way to craft them, or supply Blaze Powder in the End (as Enderman are already a source of Enderpearls).

But what do you think reader?
