Clocks and The End [Flash]

Unlike in the Nether, clocks shouldn't spin randomly in the End. They should instead act like compasses for the End Flashes. They would point to where End Flashes are happening or are going to happen.

    Clocks could change texture so they display both the top and the bottom of the clock instead of just the top. One half of the spinning portion could be the void, the other half the End Flash. The images could be fixed like the image of the sun and moon in the Overworld, or the End Flash symbol could only appear when there is an End Flash.
