I have an idea and I really want you to consider using it. I think adding a built-in voice chat to Minecraft Bedrock would be a huge improvement. If this feature gets added, Minecraft could become very hype again, especially for players who love playing with friends across Mobile, PC, Xbox, and PlayStation. Right now, most players have to use text chat or third-party apps like Discord or WhatsApp, which is inconvenient, especially for mobile and console players.
Why this feature matters:
Makes it much easier to talk with friends in-game
Great for survival together, building, exploring, and team PvP
Mobile and console players can communicate without switching apps
Makes Bedrock multiplayer feel more alive and social
How it could work simply and safely:
Push-to-talk button option
Ability to mute any player at any time
Voice mode selection: Friends Only / Everyone / Off
Can be turned on or off per world or per server
Optional proximity chat (only hear players nearby)
This wouldn’t cause problems because players already have mute/block controls.
And since it’s optional, players who don’t want it don’t have to use it.
I believe this feature would make Minecraft Bedrock much more fun and social again.
Thank you.
