Make Leaf Litter less common!

Leaf litter has been an agony for a while now, If removing it is not an option please make it less common, I dislike having to build auto-composters everytime i want to build in a forest because my inventory is filled with Leaf Litter !

    My problem is that there's way less flowers than before because of the leaf litters. They should make it less common and replace a part of that with flowers cuz now they feel too brown and without life.
